Messages, Text-To-Speech (TTS) Messages, Interactive Touch-Tone Prompting (DTMF), Speech Enabled Voice Prompting

Off-Premise Call Transfers. The Automotive Assistant™ comes standard with professionally recorded messages, or is flexible
enough to allow campaign messages to be recorded from any touch phone on or off the premises from a menu prompted
Telephone
User Interface
(TUI). The Automotive Assistant™ user-friendly Graphic User Interface (GUI) allows administrators to create and
send
Dealership Voice Broadcasting Campaigns quickly and easily, directly from their local laptop or desktop workstation or
remotely from any PC that has network access. Through the
Automotive Assistant™ console, creating an Automated Voice Dialing
campaign is simple - just import a list of customers into your campaign, select from a list of prerecorded messages, choose the dialing
criteria that you would like the system to follow (time range, number of retries, number of allocated phone lines, live agent call
transfers, etc.), click the start button and watch it go. You can monitor calls in progress through the
Automotive Assistant™ console
as it displays call activity in real-time. Once the campaign is complete, the administrator can choose to view a summary report
showing the effectiveness of the campaign or a detailed report of what transpired on each individual call that took place. The

Automotive
Assistant™ is designed with telephony intelligence that can identify various caller scenarios such as: ring-no-answer,
busy-no-answer, operator intercept (i.e. invalid phone number), voice mail service answer, voice mail machine answer, early hang-up,

Vehicle Service Reminder   
So why not just have your service people contact the customers directly? Because your service people have more important things to
do, like servicing your customers, not wasting time tracking them down. The Vehicle Service Reminder is the most sensible and
professional way to off-load the arduous task of calling and tracking down customers.

Here's how it works - when a person answers the call, the Vehicle Service Reminder will commence playing the prerecorded
message chosen by the administrator, as soon as the system identifies a positive voice (when the person says
"hello"). Depending on
the script selected by the administrator, the call recipient will have a number of options he or she can choose from as prompted by the
prerecorded message.

Example: Hi, this is (dealership name) calling to remind (vehicle owner) that (vehicle make/model/year) is due for maintenance.

Press 1 - if you wish to book an appointment now with a live agent (the Vehicle Service Reminder system will then transfer the caller
directly to a live agent).

Press 2 - for information on how to book an appointment yourself at a later date (the Vehicle Service Reminder system will then play a
detailed message explaining how to book an appointment at their convenience using the 24hr automated Service Appointment
Scheduling System).

Press 3 - if (vehicle owner) is not in the household at this time (the Vehicle Service Reminder system will then play a message to the
household member to deliver to the vehicle owner).

Call goes to Voice Mail or an Answering Machine - (the Vehicle Service Reminder system detects the record tone and leaves a
message in the vehicle owner's mailbox)

The main functions of the Vehicle Service Reminder

  • it alerts vehicle owners that they are due for service

  • it reminds vehicle owners in advance regarding their pre-scheduled service appointment

  • it requests confirmation from vehicle owners if they will be attending their appointment  

  • it transfers callers to live personnel for booking or rescheduling appointments (with call
    queuing capability)

  • it alerts members of the household that the vehicle owner is due for service or has a
    service appointment already booked.

Vehicle Recall Notification   
The Vehicle Recall Notification sub-module works similar to the Vehicle Service Reminder sub-module, only the caller will hear the
details of the recall pertaining to his/her vehicle, before the option to book a service appointment is announced. The Vehicle Recall
Notification messaging script first announces that there is an important message for the owner of the vehicle.

Example: Hi, this is (name of dealership) calling. We have an important message for (vehicle owner) concerning (vehicle
make/model/year).
Press 1 now if you are (vehicle owner) and wish to hear this messag now (the Vehicle Recall Notification system will play the message
concerning the details of the recall and give the caller the option to book a service appointment through the automated booking system
or a live agent)

Press 2 if you are not (vehicle owner) but are willing to take a message (the Vehicle Recall Notification system will inform the caller that
the vehicle owner has a message concerning his/her vehicle that can be retrieved anytime by dialing a specific phone number with a
specific mail box number).

The vehicle recall notification message is stored on the system for a period time so that the vehicle owner can call in at his/her own
convenience to hear the vehicle recall notification message at anytime, while allowing them to book an appointment concerning the
recall at anytime.


Service Appointment Scheduling   
The Service Appointment Scheduling sub-module is an automated 24hr express service booking feature that uses
IVR (Interactive
Voice Response) scripts to prompt callers to enter the date and time of the appointment they wish to book. If the time of the
appointment requested by the caller is not available, the Service Appointment Scheduling sub-module will alert the caller that the
appointment time has already been filled and will announce a list of other appointment times available for that day. The caller can then
choose to either select one of the appointment times offered for that day or choose a different date and time. Once the appointment is
booked, the Vehicle Service Reminder sub-module will alert the vehicle owner prior to the appointment to confirm if he/she will still be
attending.


Service Appointment Rescheduling   
The Service Appointment Rescheduling sub-module notifies vehicle owners that they have missed their service appointment and gives
them the option to reschedule their appointment by either transferring their call to a live agent or giving them the option to use the
automated 24hr express Service Appointment Scheduling feature.


Dealership Promotions, Activities & Events  
With the Activity / Promotional / Event Announcer sub-module, you can create multiple interactive Automotive Voice Broadcasting
campaigns to different user groups (prospects, existing customers, staff members, etc), using professionally recorded or personally
recorded messages. It's perfect for campaigns relating to existing radio or TV advertisements, in which case the caller would be
hearing a familiar jingle or slogan, enticing them to participate in any such events. You can create several announcement or advertising
campaigns regarding:

record and send voice recorded or text-to-speech messages directly to the mail boxes of staff members within an internal messaging
campaign. The administrator can also choose to be notified each time a staff member has retrieved the voice broadcasting message
within their own mail box.


Vehicle Trade-in Finder   
With the Vehicle Trade-in Finder sub-module, you can create "Used Vehicle Buy-out" campaigns from lead sources such as used
vehicle classified ad listings or online lease buy-out listings. How it works is, Vehicle Trade-in Finder will play a message to the caller
informing them that the dealership is offering to give them top dollar for their used vehicle as per a trade-in offer.  

Example: Hi, this is (dealership name) calling about a (vehicle year/make/model) that you have listed for sale. We wish to assist you
with the sale of your vehicle by offering
(dealership offer).

Press 1 now if you wish to speak to a live representative regarding this offer (the system will transfer the caller to a live agent).

Press 2 if you wish to call us back at a later date (the system will play a message with the dealership number, address and business
hours)
.

Press 3 if you are not interested and wish not to be contacted anymore (the Vehicle Trade-in Finder report will compile a list of people
who wish not to be contacted any longer, in which case their phone number will be excluded in future campaigns - respecting all
regional privacy acts)
.

The campaign calling script can be personally recorded for originality or professionally recorded to enhance the broadcasting
experience.


Dealership Customer Survey  
With the Dealership Customer Survey application, you can send out interactive survey campaigns to existing customers, in which
case, the Dealership Customer Survey system would compile responses from customers regarding what they like or dislike about the
services received from the dealership. After the customers have responded to the survey questions, they also have the option to make
suggestions on how the dealership could improve their service. To get more customers to participate in the survey, you can offer perks
such as discounts on vehicle service packages.

Example: Hi this is (dealership name) calling for (vehicle owner) who has recently purchased a vehicle from us. We are offering
(discount offer) on your next (service type). In order to qualify for this offer, we will need a few minutes of your time to answer some
questions regarding our dealership's services.

Press 1 now if you are interested in participating in the survey (the Dealership Customer Survey system will take the caller directly to a
interactive scripted prompting survey that will ask the caller a series of questions regarding how they like the service, to which the
caller must reply by entering a digit on their keypad from 1 to 5, with 1 being best and 5 being worst).

Press 2 if you are not the vehicle owner or you require information on how to participate in this survey at a later date (the system will
play a message to the caller regarding information on how to call into the system to participate in the automated survey at anytime).

Press 3 if you wish not to participate in this or any future surveys (the Dealership Customer Survey system compiles a list of numbers
to be excluded from the next dealership survey campaign).
