TasTec Inc. is looking for B2B Sales Executives based anywhere in the GTA to increase revenue and
market presence by aggressively selling to past, current and target customers.

Job Description

Aggressive, sales oriented attitude.
Drive to win new business.
Excellent cold calling and prospecting techniques.
Excellent sales skills: working existing contacts, qualifying, presenting and closing.
Some knowledge of and/or background in telecommunications, computer software and
hardware sales.
Understanding of some technology concepts: Telephony Applications, Key Systems, PBX
Systems, CRM Systems, ERP Systems, DMS, Networking, VOIP, T1s.
Understanding of managed hosting and high availability solution selling.
Ability to package custom solutions based on portfolio of technology and services.
Previous training and/or certifications in technical sales a plus.
Previous proven experience in successfully managing customers through a design, implement,
operate, optimize lifecycle.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Experience selling consultative solutions a plus.
Motivated, disciplined and self-directed.

Required Skill Sets

Excellent interpersonal, analytical, verbal and written communications skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, account management, follow-up, and time management skills are
essential.
Some experience with technology products including: telecom, voice, data, software and
hardware preferred.
Detail oriented, high energy and strong work ethic.
Computer and general IT skills, including Microsoft products, tools and other PC-based
applications.
Ability to develop and maintain good customer relations.
Occasional daytime travel to customer locations.
Desire to gain technical and product knowledge through trainings and seminars hosted locally to
keep abreast of new software/hardware product development.
Must possess minimum of 2 years selling business-to-business in the technology industry with
a strong emphasis on cold calling and prospecting new clients.
Previous customer service/support experience in a technical environment.
