The Call Alert Wireless™ Standard Messaging System is made up of software and hardware devices that allows it's users to be
on a private wireless messaging environment that they would own. The devices consist of an RF Transmitter and Pagers. How it
works is, the administrator/s can send alpha-numeric text messages directly from the RF Transmitter unit to the Pagers. The
range between the RF Transmitter unit to the pager/s varies (up to 2 miles) based upon the wattage of the antenna.

The Call Alert Wireless™ with Voice Mail integrates the power of an award winning call processing system (ICS) with a world
class on-site paging system. The Call Alert Wireless™ works within an automated attendant that instantly transmits the Caller ID
Name and Number to a pager while the caller is forwarded to a person’s extension. The person receiving the page can use any
telephone in the building to quickly connect with the caller. The caller is automatically sent to voice mail if no one answers the
page. Call Alert provides voice prompts to inform the caller that it is locating a person or that it is ready to accept a voice mail
message. The advantages to owning the Call Alert Wireless™ Messaging System with the ICS Voice Mail System integration is
that you never have to worry about missing important calls, voice messages or text messages while on or near the premises. You
can; retrieve calls before they're transferred to an extension, intercept calls while they're ringing an extension, pull callers off hold,
get instant caller ID notification wherever you are, and know in seconds who's leaving you a voice mail message. You can also
send alpha-numeric text messages to any or all Call Alert Wireless™ pager/s from any desktop on your Local Area Network that
has the VGClient Unified Deskstop Messaging console (a built in feature of the ICS Voice Mail System). The ICS Voice Mail
System connects seamlessly to most PBX phone systems and key systems, offering an abundance of CTI based applications for
a more advanced voice and text messaging experience.

you have a call, along with information regarding who is calling you, when you are not at your desk. What this means is, you get
notified via wireless pager who is calling you while the Call Alert system holds the caller. This gives you time to pick it up from any
remote extension
Increased Customer Satisfaction Through Transparent Call Screening
No one likes to be screened. With the Call Alert Wireless™ Messaging System, the caller is notified that the system is in the
process of locating the party they called while they hold for the connection. Little do they know that the party they are calling is
receiving information on who they are and where they are calling from. The caller's satisfaction level is high as they feel that their
call is important, since they have not been subjected to any call screening, followed by getting dumped to voice mail. The system
is actually attempting to locate their called party without asking them who they are or what they want!
How it works is, the caller enters the extension number and the system plays a prompt "please hold while we locate... (intended
party's name)". At this point, the call is held by the Call Alert system. At the same time, a wireless message is sent to the intended
party's pager letting him/her know who is calling. The intended party can decide whether or not they want or need to take that call at
that time. If he/she decides not to pick-up the call, the Call Alert Wireless™ Messaging System will direct the caller to voice mail,
leading the caller to believe that the intended party was not available to take the call.
Increased Productivity
Let's face it. Some calls are more important than others. Some calls you are willing to drop everything to take, while others can
wait until you have the time to deal with them (some calls you may not want to take at all). Call Alert Wireless™ Messaging System
allows you to make an informed decision on whether or not you are in a position to take time to talk on the phone. If you want the
call, simply go to any phone and pick it up; or, you may wish to let the call pass to voice mail, and deal with it at a later time.
How it works is, once you receive the wireless text message giving you information on who initiated the call, the Call Alert system
holds the caller for a predetermined period of time (this is definable). After the timer expires, the Call Alert system transfers the call
to your extension. When the call is ringing on your extension, you can pick it up there or from any other phone in your facility. If you
don't pick up the call, it simply forwards to your voice mail and the caller is prompted to leave a message. The Call Alert system
then sends you a wireless page telling you that there is a message, and from what number and name (if it's not from a private
caller).
Enhanced Work Environment
Some facilities simply can not have intrusive noisy overhead paging. The Silent paging of the Call Alert system notifies employees
anywhere in the facility they have a call. This is done without bothering customers, patients or other employees with annoying
audio pages. In some facilities, you can't hear audio pages due to noisy work environments. Noisy environments do not matter
when have a Call Alert system, as it's page is visual, not audible.
How it works is, the Call Alert Wireless™ Messaging System pagers work throughout any size facility. Messages are sent directly
to the pagers in visual text rather than in an audible format.
